A masked band of desperadoes smuggles illegal aliens into the U.S. Each carries a piece of camouflage-painted tarp to crouch under when threatened with discovery. The Ripplehissians dispatch the gullible aliens into a deep well, A lawman has to thwart the gang, led by his identical twin brother.
